Yes. Company status in the Ukrainian state register, screening against the OFAC, EU, UK and Ukrainian sanctions lists, and presence in the debtors registry cost nothing and require no signup. We do not ask for card details and we do not start a subscription. What you pay for is the interpretation and the written verdict, and that starts at $149.
What do you need to check a Ukrainian counterparty?
The eight-digit EDRPOU code, or the exact company name. EDRPOU is the Ukrainian equivalent of a company registration number, and it usually sits on the invoice or in the contract preamble. A sole trader has the same kind of identifier. Everything else we find ourselves.
How long does it take?
The result reaches you within two hours during business hours. An analyst runs the check rather than a database spitting out a row, so the answer is not instant.
How does the free check differ from the paid report?
The free check gives you facts: whether the company is trading, whether it appears on a sanctions list, whether it is registered as a debtor. The free check runs on the Ukrainian register, so it needs a Ukrainian counterparty. Companies in other jurisdictions are covered by the paid report, which reaches corporate registries in the EU, the UK, the UAE and beyond, along with the international sanctions lists.
