Know what your competitor is doing before they make it public
A monthly digest of everything that moved at one chosen competitor: website and pricing page, advertising, search visibility, hiring, press. We do not hand you a list of diffs — we read each change against their business context and tell you what it points to, before the market notices.
Price after a short brief, fixed before we start. First report seven days after you start. Cancel any time.

This page is about watching a competitor — someone on the other side of the market. Prices, product, hiring, positioning, campaigns. If the company you want watched is on the other side of your contract — sanctions exposure, bankruptcy signals, a change of owner, new lawsuits after signing — that is a different service: Counterparty Watch → And if you need a single deep read of the whole market rather than a running feed on one player, start with market intelligence →
What we track every month — and how we read it
Website and content
New pages, shifts in positioning, edits to the pricing page, features added or quietly dropped. Automated change tracking with a manual cross-check, because a rewritten price list is a strategy statement long before the press release.
Paid campaigns
Public ad transparency libraries: new creatives, a change of target audience, the offer, the keywords, the landing pages behind them. A visible swing in spend is a growth signal or a retreat signal, and it is readable from the outside.
Search visibility
New keywords in the top ten, traffic movement, fresh inbound links, pages that jumped or collapsed. Where a competitor is buying visibility tells you which segment they have decided to fight for this quarter.
Job openings
The strongest weak signal of all. Ten senior engineering roles at once means a product in development. A sales director in a country they do not sell in yet means geographic expansion. Job boards and professional networks, read as a plan rather than as HR noise.
Media and PR
Publications, press releases, mentions in professional networks and niche channels. A change of narrative is a change of positioning: automated media monitoring plus a manual pass, so the digest carries the story and not the noise around it.
The layer that matters
Any tool can list changes. The value sits in connecting them: a hire in a new city plus a landing page in that language plus a keyword shift is one move, not three unrelated events. That connection is what the digest is for.

Frequently asked questions about competitor monitoring
It is a subscription under which we take a regular snapshot of one chosen competitor and send the changes as a single digest: what they altered on the site, which ads they launched, who they are hiring, what is being written about them. A one-off analysis shows a cross-section of today; monitoring catches the movement and gives you time to react while the change has not yet reached your sales figures.
Basic covers one competitor and three sources. Standard covers the same competitor with five sources, the weak-signal layer and an alert on critical changes. Pro covers two competitors, weekly alerts and mentions in closed channels. We name the monthly price after a short brief and fix it before we start. The subscription is monthly and you can cancel at any time.
The website and the pricing page, advertising campaigns, search positions, job openings and media mentions. The Pro tier adds mentions in closed channels. Job openings and edits to the pricing page are read separately: hiring for a new direction or a rewritten price list is usually visible earlier than the official announcement.
The main digest is monthly, and the first one lands seven days after you start. Standard adds a separate alert the moment a critical change happens, rather than at the end of the month. On Pro the alerts arrive weekly.
Yes, as long as you work with what the competitor published themselves: website, advertising, registries, job openings, publications. We do not hack, we do not impersonate anyone and we do not pay for leaked data. Everything that goes into the report carries a source link, so you can see where each statement came from.
